Sometimes it’s all a little too much. In the run up to a Full Moon it tends to hit me. Myself + Tillie wanted to hold space together soon and this has been our calling; to ground us all a little ahead of this Full Moon on March 25th

Movement: Experience a beautiful blend of tapping, breathwork, and tai chi to reconnect with your body and spirit.

Meditation: Find peace and clarity through guided meditation.

Journaling: Reflect and release through journaling exercises.

Sharing Circle: Connect with your sisters in a safe and supportive space. Feel seen, heard, and held.
