End of Year Meditation

I am sorry that I missed the New Moon on December 23rd, this guided meditation follows our realise of that New Moon, letting go and grounding ourselves into 2023. Allowing us to fully let go, and step into 2023 with a new focus, a new peaceful, calm, grounded energy. Grab some comfortable clothing, get cosy and join me for this 15/20 minute guided meditation.

Wednesday 7th December

We’re having what feels like our coldest day of the year. Allow yourself to get cosy and comfortable and join me for this Full Moon Meditation. A release to prepare for the New Year. Get ahead with New Year Resolutions and get your goal clear now. This is a 15 minute meditation which I recorded with my Nan this afternoon. We placed her crystals out for the moon and let go.
